Sonali Life Secures Strategic Synergy with Milvik for Smart Services

Customers of Sonali Life Insurance, a fourth-generation life insurance company listed on Bangladesh’s stock market, will now have access to digital healthcare services, according to an announcement by the company’s Acting Chief Executive Officer, Rafiqul Islam.
He stated, “Alongside digital life insurance, digital healthcare services will also be provided to Sonali Life Insurance customers.”
On Monday, September 15, a bilateral agreement was signed between Sonali Life Insurance and telemedicine service provider Milvik Bangladesh at the company’s head office.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Sonali Life by its Acting CEO Rafiqul Islam and on behalf of Milvik Bangladesh by its Country Manager Md. Shihab Uddin.
Present at the signing ceremony were Sheikh Mohammad Daniel, Director of Sonali Life; Mohammad Manjur Morshed, COO; Hasib Reza, CIO; Emdadul Haq Sahil, AMD; along with Riaz Mostafa, Country Lead (Finance) of Milvik; Israt Mostafa; and other officials and employees of Sonali Life.
Under this agreement, customers and employees of Sonali Life will be able to avail themselves of Milvik Bangladesh’s telemedicine services. Furthermore, Milvik will deliver Sonali Life Insurance’s plans to customers more swiftly and efficiently through its digital platform.
Rafiqul Islam, Acting CEO of Sonali Life Insurance, remarked, “This initiative is aimed at providing customer-centric services. With the integration of telemedicine services, our customers will be able to access healthcare and insurance benefits simultaneously and with ease. This is an important step toward Sonali Life’s digital transformation.”
