Meta Magnifies AI Muscle with More OpenAI Talent
Meta Platforms has reportedly hired four more artificial intelligence (AI) researchers from OpenAI, according to The Information, as reported by Reuters.
The newly joined researchers include Shengjia Zhao, Jiahui Yu, Shuchao Biao, and Hongyu Ren. Earlier this week, Lukas Beyer, Alexander Kolesnikov, and Xiaohua Zhai had already made the move from OpenAI's Zurich office to Meta.
The recruitment drive comes as Meta continues to bolster its advancements in AI, with a particular focus on its superintelligence initiative.
Neither Meta nor OpenAI has issued an official comment on the matter.
