ElevenLabs Launches Voice Generation App for iOS and Android
Voice AI company ElevenLabs has launched a dedicated mobile application for iOS and Android users, enabling the generation of voice clips directly from text on mobile devices, according to a report by TechCrunch.
Previously, the company’s voice synthesis capabilities were accessible only through its web application. Now, users can utilize the features on the go via the new mobile app. The free plan offers approximately ten minutes of voice generation per month.
The app integrates ElevenLabs’ latest V3 Alpha model, which allows for emotion modulation in generated voices using “expression tags.”
Jack McDermott, Mobile Growth Lead at ElevenLabs, said, “Many content creators were already using ElevenLabs through mobile browsers. This native app was developed to better serve them.”
This marks the company’s second consumer-facing application. Earlier, it had launched the “Reader App.” ElevenLabs also has plans to introduce speech-to-text and conversational AI features in future updates.
