Banglalink, ICC Team Up for Service Expansion

To enhance service quality and outreach, innovative digital operator Banglalink has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with leading ISP provider ICC Communication Limited, known for its pioneering internet services.
The agreement was signed on Wednesday, May 28, at Banglalink’s Tiger’s Den in Gulshan, Dhaka. Taimur Rahman, Chief Corporate and Regulatory Affairs Officer of Banglalink, and Saiful Islam Siddique, Managing Director of ICC Communication Limited, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
From Banglalink, Rubaiyat A. Tanzin, Head of Enterprise Business; Sad Karim, Head of Key Segment; ANM Saleh Akram, Corporate Group Manager; Md. Arifur Rahman; and Corporate Account Officer Rafia Naeema were present.
Representing ICC Communication were Lt. Col. Jahangir Hossain (Retd.), Group COO; AKM Shahed Reza, GM of Planning and Infrastructure Development; Major Abdullah Al Mamun (Retd.), GM of Administration; Abdur Razzak, CIO; Sadab Moni, CTO; Nur Huda Talukdar, CMO; and Tansin Rahman Tonu, CTO of Ayana OTT.
Under the agreement, Banglalink will provide ICC with corporate connectivity services along with several business solutions. Both parties will also collaborate to expand their marketing reach and acquire new customers. Additionally, the two organizations have agreed to offer each other technological and strategic support to further improve the scope, quality, and accessibility of their services.
