Robi Rolls Out Remote Medical Support for Hajj Roamers
Robi has introduced a video consultation-based medical advice service for its Hajj roaming customers. Users of Robi’s Hajj roaming packages can now avail healthcare consultations through the digital health platform Sukhi without any subscription fee. This initiative eliminates the need for pilgrims to physically visit health camps, allowing them to receive professional medical advice from registered doctors from the comfort of their accommodation.
The service is accessible 24/7 via both the Sukhi app and website, with consultations available in both Bangla and English. Customers subscribed to Robi’s special Hajj roaming packages priced at BDT 1,798 or BDT 2,198 can use this service for free.
Shihab Ahmad, Chief Commercial Officer of Robi Axiata PLC, stated, “We believe true connectivity goes beyond just data or voice calls—it includes care for our customers. We are proud to support our customers during one of the most significant journeys of their lives by enabling them to consult doctors online free of charge with the Hajj roaming pack.”
Additionally, Robi subscribers can use the Deen app to track the real-time location of their loved ones performing Hajj, offering peace of mind and reducing anxiety for family members back home.
