Agriculture Admission Announced: Over 3,800 Qualify for 2024-25 Academic Year

The results of the undergraduate admission test for the 2024–25 academic session under the cluster system of nine public agricultural universities have been published on the official admission website. Candidates can check their results by logging into the website’s sign-in page using their PIN number and password. The result will appear under the ‘Result’ option on the dashboard, from where it can also be downloaded or printed.
According to the published results, a total of 3,863 applicants have been selected in the merit list. The merit list is now available on the official cluster admission website.
At a press conference held at 10:00 PM on Tuesday (April 15), Vice Chancellor of Bangladesh Agricultural University Professor Dr. A. K. Fazlul Haque Bhuiyan shared the details, stating, “The highest score in this year’s admission test was 84.25, and the lowest score was 44.5. Including GPA marks, the top total score reached 129.77.” He added that candidates wishing to appeal for a re-evaluation of their results may apply from April 16 to 17 by paying a fee of BDT 1,000.
This year, a total of 94,020 candidates applied for the 3,863 available seats. The admission test was conducted simultaneously at nine centers and 13 sub-centers across the country.
Seat distribution by university is as follows: Bangladesh Agricultural University (1,116), Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (435), Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (705), Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (275), Sylhet Agricultural University (580), Khulna Agricultural University (150), Patuakhali Science and Technology University (423), Habiganj Agricultural University (99), and Kurigram Agricultural University (80).
