Aminul, Saiful, Nazmul Lead ISPAB Executive Board for 2025–2027

Aminul Hakim, CEO of Amber IT Limited and head of the ISP United Panel, has been elected President of the Internet Service Providers Association of Bangladesh (ISPAB) for the 2025–2027 term. The newly formed executive committee will lead the organization for the next two years.

Saiful Islam Siddique, Managing Director of ICC Communication Ltd, has been re-elected as Senior Vice-President, continuing his role from the previous term.

Nazmul Karim Bhuiyan, Managing Director of KS Network Ltd and former General Secretary, was re-elected to the same position with the highest number of votes. Moin Uddin Ahmed, CEO of Red Data (Pvt.) Ltd, has been elected as the Treasurer.

Neyamul Haque Khan, Chairman of Majeda Networks Ltd, was elected Vice-President for the first time. The posts of Joint General Secretary were filled by Mahbub Alam (Raju), CEO of Circle Network, and Fuad Muhammad Sharfuddin of Fisha Communication, elected by the associate members.

From the general category of the 13-member executive committee, the following were elected as Directors: Md. Mithu Hawlader, CTO of Invention Technologies Ltd; Rashedur Rahman Rajon, Managing Director of One Sky Communications Ltd; and Sabbir Ahmed.

From the associate member category, Raisul Islam Tuhin of Tuhin Enterprise, Md. Zubayer Islam of SM Zubayer IT Expert, and SM Saiful Islam Selim of Sabuj Bangla Online were elected as Directors.

The election for the 2025–2027 term was held on May 17, with the ISP United Panel winning a majority of seats. The elected candidates were later assigned their specific positions during the portfolio allocation process held at the ISPAB Secretariat on Monday, May 19. This process was supervised by Election Board Chairman Advocate Mohammad Ali (Supreme Court of Bangladesh) and members Assistant Attorney General Advocate Md. Ershad Hossain Rashed and Advocate Rakib Hossain.
