Realme Reveals 'Ultra' Concept Phone at MWC 2025

At the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025 in Barcelona, technology brand Realme has unveiled its concept phone, 'Ultra', featuring an interchangeable lens setup and proprietary lens mount system. The device prototype includes a customized 1-inch Sony sensor, enabling users to attach DSLR lenses directly to the smartphone. The phone will support 73mm portrait lenses and 234mm telephoto lenses, offering creamy bokeh effects and 10x zoom capabilities.
In addition to the concept phone, Realme announced its three-year strategic plan, aiming to double its global user base by focusing on the mid-to-high-end market.
Realme's Vice-President and CMO Chase Xu stated, "In this new era of growth, we are committed to innovation tailored to users' needs for sustainable achievement." He added, "Our strategic plan emphasizes not only market expansion but also the empowerment of the younger generation through technology. We continually strive to exceed users' expectations in the tech sector."
