Floral Felicitations for Newly Elected BIJF Executive Committee
The newly elected executive committee of the Bangladesh ICT Journalist Forum (BIJF) was showered with floral greetings at a ceremony attended by forum members and prominent figures from the Information Technology sector. The event marked the inauguration of the eighth executive committee of BIJF, the only organization for journalists working in the ICT sector, recognized by the state.
The ceremony, organized by the Bangladesh ICT Journalist Forum, saw participation from various ICT sector organizations such as BASIS, BCS, ISPAB, BACCO, e-CAB, the Mobile Phone Subscribers Association, and several ICT product and service providers.
During the event, the newly elected members of the committee were greeted by notable figures including Sabur Khan, Group CEO of Daffodil Family, Aminul Hakim, President of IIJAB, Tanveer Ahmed, President of BAKYA, Russell T. Ahmed, former President of BASIS, Tanvir Ahmed, President of Bangladesh Association of Contact Centers and Outsourcing (BACCO), Shahid-ul-Munir, former President of Bangladesh Computer Samity and Habibullah Niyamul Karim, CEO of Techno Heaven among others.
The event was filled with bouquets as the participants welcomed the new members. Held at the Rawa Convention Center in the capital, the inauguration ceremony turned into a vibrant gathering of the technology community, with attendees actively participating in the celebrations.
The new executive committee members of BIJF include President Hitlar E. Halim, Vice President Bhuiyan Inam Lenin, General Secretary Sabbin Hasan, Joint General Secretary Enamul Haque, Organizing Secretary Touhidul Islam Tushar, Treasurer Saiful Islam Shanto, Publication Secretary Mahbubur Rahman, and Executive Members Nazneen Nahar and Enamul Kabir.
