Pathao Unveils Five Flexible Parcel Services

Bangladesh's leading super app Pathao has expanded its parcel service portfolio by introducing five new delivery options, allowing customers to choose services based on urgency, convenience, and budget.

The newly launched services include Instant, 4-Hour, Same-Day, Anywhere, and Hub Drop. Instead of relying on a single delivery model, customers can now select the most suitable option depending on delivery speed and pricing.

Under the Instant service, parcels within the city will be picked up within 10 minutes of booking and delivered within one hour. The 4-Hour option offers a lower-cost alternative with delivery completed within four hours, while the Same-Day service ensures delivery at a convenient time on the same day.

For nationwide deliveries, Anywhere enables doorstep parcel pickup with delivery across Bangladesh within one to three days. Meanwhile, Hub Drop allows customers to drop off parcels at their nearest Pathao Hub, making it the company's most cost-effective delivery solution.

Initially, the Instant, 4-Hour, and Same-Day services will be available in selected urban areas, while Anywhere and Hub Drop will provide nationwide coverage.

Pathao CEO Fahim Ahmed said customers do not always require the fastest delivery but rather the right delivery option for the right occasion. He added that the new offerings transform Pathao Parcel from a single express delivery service into a comprehensive logistics platform tailored to customer needs.

According to the company, changing consumer and SME delivery preferences now demand a balance between speed, affordability, and convenience. The newly introduced services are expected to strengthen logistics efficiency while making parcel delivery more accessible across Bangladesh.

The new delivery options are available through the latest version of the Pathao app. Customers can compare delivery time and pricing in the Parcel section before selecting their preferred service.
