Dhaka will host its first-ever MoodleMoot on July 11, bringing together users, entrepreneurs, partners, and experts of the open-source education platform Moodle. Following cities like Barcelona, Edinburgh, Melbourne, and Mexico City, this year's MoodleMoot is being organized in Dhaka by Brain Station 23, the country's certified Moodle partner.
The conference will be held at Brain Station 23's headquarters on the 12th floor of Advanced Nurani Tower in Mohakhali, Dhaka. It will run from 10am to 3:20pm on Saturday, July 11. Online participation is also available, and interested individuals can register at moot.brainstation-23.com/register. Registered participants will receive a Brain Station 23 service credit voucher worth Tk 50,000, usable for e-learning services.
According to Moodle's official event listing, MoodleMoot Bangladesh 2026 brings together learning leaders, training experts, and enterprise teams to explore how Moodle can transform workforce development at scale. Through keynotes, case studies, and hands-on workshops, participants will discover practical ways to modernize training, automate compliance, support distributed teams, and build data-driven learning ecosystems. The event's designated hashtag is #MootBD26, and it is open to developers, educators, and Moodle administrators alike.
Organizers say the summit will feature in-depth discussions on generative AI, predictive analytics, and automated content creation within the LMS ecosystem, along with strategies for scaling Moodle to thousands of employees through HRIS integrations.
Artificial intelligence, digital learning, and online education platforms are no longer futuristic concepts — they have become integral to educational institutions, universities, and corporate training. While MoodleMoot events are held annually in various countries, this marks Bangladesh's first entry into this global network. This year's central theme is the large-scale transformation of education and workplace learning through artificial intelligence, with discussions on how AI can make learning experiences more effective, personalized, and sustainable.
