Robi Signs MoU to Expand Cross-Border Digital Healthcare Access
Robi Axiata has signed a bilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chikitsa International to facilitate international healthcare services for its elite customers. Under this agreement, Robi’s elite customers and employees will be able to access advanced medical services in top international destinations including India, Thailand, Singapore, and Dubai. They will also benefit from special discounts and expedited services.
On 13 April, Monday, Robi announced that the signing ceremony was attended on behalf of Robi by Manik Lal Das, Md. Sanzid Hossain, Sabbir Ahmed, and Tanvir Alam Chowdhury. Representing Chikitsa International were Muntasir Mahmud and Badsha Morol.
Muntasir Mahmud, Chief Operating Officer of Chikitsa International, said that healthcare services cannot be confined within international boundaries. Through this collaboration, Robi’s elite customers will be able to access medical treatment abroad with ease. He added that Robi’s vast customer base will now have a reliable partner for international medical journeys.
Tanvir Alam, General Manager of Robi, stated that the company remains committed to enhancing service quality. Ensuring access to advanced healthcare services abroad is a significant step toward fulfilling that commitment.
