Oppo Upgrade: 90-Day Replacement Rolls Out with Digital Lottery Drive
Global smart device brand Oppo has introduced a 90-day replacement guarantee on smartphones for the first time in the country’s market, marking a special initiative ahead of Pohela Boishakh. The move aims to ease customer concerns regarding warranty and set a new benchmark in after-sales service.
On Thursday, April 9, Oppo Bangladesh announced that the offer will be available under the “Bangla Noboborsho Lottery Campaign 2026,” which will run until April 30. The replacement benefit will apply to the Oppo A6X, A6K, A6, A6S Pro, Reno14 5G, and Reno15 F 5G smartphone models. Additionally, users of the Oppo A6K model will receive an extra 2-year warranty.
During the campaign period, customers purchasing smartphones will have the opportunity to participate in a digital lottery. Prizes include Olike earbuds, elite backpacks, Oppo T-shirts, and caps. Furthermore, buyers can avail themselves of cardless EMI facilities through Toppay, with up to 20 percent down payment to purchase their preferred devices.
Oppo stated that while most brands offer limited-time replacement policies, it is providing this extended benefit with customer satisfaction in mind. After purchasing a device, customers can submit their information online and instantly learn about their rewards.
The company added that the campaign has been designed to make the celebration of Pohela Boishakh more meaningful.
