The CTSD will focus on improving students’ soft skills and language learning. Initially, courses will be offered in English and eight other languages, along with soft skills development opportunities. The center’s primary goal is to prepare students for the job market and enable them to compete as skilled professionals in the global arena. Courses will be available in English, Japanese, Chinese, German, Arabic, Korean, French, and Spanish, alongside programs for communication skills, problem-solving, and leadership development. On its opening day, the center welcomed more than a hundred students with flowers and educational materials in a festive atmosphere.

Addressing the students, the Vice-Chancellor said, “Since assuming responsibility at the university, I have dreamed of enhancing students’ skills and language learning. It feels wonderful to finally reach this milestone. This center will contribute to the development of soft skills, language learning, communication, and various other intellectual abilities. It has been established with the purpose of providing skilled manpower to the global market. I hope you will work diligently to achieve its objectives and showcase your capabilities successfully in the international arena.”
