Leading e-commerce platform Daraz Bangladesh has launched the “Daraz Boishakhi Mela” to celebrate the Bangla New Year 1433. The special campaign will begin at 8:00 pm on April 10 and continue until April 14, aiming to spread the festive spirit of Pohela Boishakh. Customers will be able to enjoy discounts of up to 80 percent across various product categories.
During the campaign, attractive offers will be available on a wide range of products, including electronics, home appliances, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle items. Through flash vouchers starting from 8:00 pm on April 10, customers can receive discounts of up to BDT 1,000 on purchases worth BDT 5,999. Additionally, selected products will feature free delivery, along with “Hot Deals” offering up to 75 percent discounts and “Mega Deals” with up to 80 percent discounts.
The campaign will also feature themed special days throughout its duration. Saturday will be observed as “Choice Day,” Sunday and Monday as “Fashion Forward Day,” and Tuesday as “Electrical Tuesday.” Moreover, April 12 will be celebrated as “Unilever Super Brand Day,” and April 14 as “Dettol Super Brand Day,” offering exclusive price reductions. On the Daraz Choice channel, customers will receive delivery discounts when purchasing three items and a free gift when purchasing five items.
To enhance payment convenience, Daraz has partnered with several financial institutions. Users of Nagad will receive cashback of up to BDT 200. Cardholders of Eastern Bank Limited (EBL) and Southeast Bank Limited will enjoy discounts ranging from 12 to 15 percent, along with up to 12 months of zero percent EMI সুবিধা through EBL Zip. This year’s Boishakhi Mela includes Dettol, Haier, Himalaya, and Unilever Bangladesh Limited as platinum partners.
