BNP Cyber Wing Announces Partial Central Executive Panel

An 11-member partial panel of the Central Executive Committee of the Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Cyber Dal has been approved, comprising individuals who have been engaged in online promotional activities for the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) since 2013. The announcement marks the approval and selection of Partial Panel-1 prior to the formation of the full Central Executive Committee for the 2026–2029 triennial term.

The information was disclosed in a notice issued on Saturday, 28 February, by the NCP Central Desk/Chief Election Commission (CEC). According to the notice, exercising the authority vested under Article 20 of the organization’s constitution and in accordance with Article 14 concerning the Central Executive Committee, the Central Coordination Board has finalized and nominated the first sequential Partial Panel-1 of the 201-member Central Executive Committee.

The approval was granted by the Central Coordination Board on Friday, 27 February. In the approved committee, Md. Shaheen Chowdhury Pasha has been nominated as President, and M. J. Sourav as General Secretary.

Other office-bearers in the newly formed Partial Panel-1 include Senior Vice President Md. Oliur Rahman; Vice Presidents Engineer Md. Jewel, Mitayen Chakma, and Dr. Md. Zakaria Chowdhury; Senior Joint General Secretaries M. H. Kabir and Engineer Md. Oliullah Bhuiyan (Sayem); Organizational Secretary Fatema Tuz Zohra Mitu; Office Secretary Khandaker Md. Mohiuddin Mahi; and Publicity Secretary Md. Nazmul Hasan Jony.

The notice further stated that the approved Partial Panel-1 will form the full committee within the next 30 working days. It was also mentioned that the decision has been implemented by the party’s Central Coordination Board.
