Huang Halts India AI Summit Stop
Chief Executive Officer of Nvidia, Jensen Huang, will no longer attend India’s upcoming ‘Bharat AI Impact Summit’ next week, the company has confirmed. According to a report by Reuters, Huang’s cancelled visit means the conference will lose one of its major attractions.
The summit, scheduled to be held in New Delhi, is expected to bring together leaders from the global technology industry as well as prominent political figures.
The event is set to be inaugurated by India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Although Huang had been scheduled to speak to the media on Wednesday, Nvidia’s media agency in India, MSL, said in an email that he would not be traveling due to “unforeseen circumstances.”
