Banglalink Boosts MyBL with Digital-First Self-Service Features
Banglalink has revamped its MyBL mobile application to better align with the needs of the digital era, introducing more than 20 enhanced self-service features under its ‘Digital-First’ strategy.
In the updated version, customers can now manage SIM services, renew packs, activate VoLTE, as well as access PayGo, Do Not Disturb, and Value-Added Service (VAS) control options directly within the app.
Building on earlier artificial intelligence innovations, Banglalink previously integrated two AI-powered support systems into MyBL. Through an AI-based customer support system, users can report issues instantly and track progress in real time within the app. Additionally, the AI customer care chatbot allows users to access account information, offers, and troubleshooting assistance instantly.
For postpaid customers, the update includes several new advantages such as smart pack recommendations, faster e-bill downloads, and the option to request an increase in security deposits. These additions aim to simplify account management and expand the range of personalized services.
