ISO-Certified EAZE IT Boosts Blockchain Training and Job Pathways in Japan

EAZE IT, a Japanese language and IT skills development institute, has launched a new chapter in Bangladesh to create employment opportunities for Bangladeshi IT professionals in Japan. In partnership with CSL Training Bangladesh, the company has been running a program titled Mission Japan for the past year to develop skilled manpower.
To uphold global standards in career development for IT engineers, EAZE IT Japan has secured ISO 9001:2015 certification in Quality Management Systems. On Friday, August 22, the Bangladesh office in Kuril celebrated the achievement with a cake-cutting ceremony. During the event, ongoing trainees were briefed on the company’s current initiatives and future plans, which include launching advanced training programs in blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) in Bangladesh.
The event was joined virtually from Tokyo by Md. Mojibur Rahman, Founder and Chairman of EAZE IT Japan, and Advisor Morshed Moni. Present at the Bangladesh office were Md. Abdul Wadud, Managing Director of EAZE IT BD, Director Moeed Muqtadir Rizvi, and Monirul Islam, Founder and CEO of Mehul Japanese Language Education Center.
Special guests included Hiroshi Watanabe, Principal of Hiroshima Arts and Science College, and Mustafa Mahmud Hossain, Founder and CEO of CSL Training.
According to sources, EAZE IT BD’s training partner CSL Training is currently offering free Japanese language and IT training to network engineers, system engineers, and IT professionals with at least three years of experience, under certain conditions. Upon completion, successful trainees will be able to directly migrate to Japan with employment opportunities.
The first batch of trainees has already completed ten months of a one-year training program, with results of their Japanese language test expected on August 25. The second batch has completed four months. Although the initial intake was 40 trainees across both batches, 10 have since dropped out, leaving 30 active participants. A hybrid get-together was organized at EAZE IT’s Dhaka office in Kuril to engage with these trainees.
Organizers expressed their commitment to strengthening Bangladesh-Japan relations and contributing to technological progress by jointly facilitating the recruitment of 100,000 skilled workers in Japan. They also extended best wishes for the success of participants in the ongoing Mission Japan batches.
EAZE IT Japan, headquartered in Tokyo, is engaged in software development, IT-enabled services, and technological solutions. Meanwhile, EAZE IT BD focuses on system software development, quality control, operations, and maintenance. Notably, it is the first Bangladeshi company to initiate core blockchain research and development domestically. Additionally, the company works on international job placement, including job visas, student visas, and HR recruitment for Japan.
