Robi Rolls Out Riveting Reel Reward for Movie Lovers Offering "One Ticket, Two Films"

Mobile operator Robi has introduced an exclusive "One Ticket, Two Films" offer for its customers, allowing them to watch two recently released Bangla films—Tandob starring megastar Shakib Khan and Utshob featuring Zahid Hasan—for just BDT 18.

Launched on Thursday, August 7, just ahead of the weekend, the offer enables Robi users to purchase the movie pack through various Robi platforms including the My Robi app, recharge options, mobile financial services (like bKash and Nagad), and USSD. Customers can then enjoy both films on the OTT platform Chorki within the next 30 days.

Both films were released on Chorki at 12:01 AM on August 7, just after Eid-ul-Adha. Chorki subscribers can access the movies as usual, while non-subscribers can watch them by purchasing the special Robi movie pack.

On the evening of August 6, Robi and Chorki signed a formal agreement regarding this collaboration. The signing ceremony took place at Chorki’s headquarters in Kawran Bazar, with Robi represented by Head of Marketing Muhammad Shawkat Kader Chowdhury, Associate Director of Commercial Partnership Md. Sanjid Hossain, and Senior General Manager of Internet & Streaming Tarek Mohammad Enamul Haque. Chorki was represented by CEO Redoan Rony, Head of Content Operations & Commercial Masudul Amin Rintu, Head of Marketing & Growth Faisal Rahman, and Prothom Alo’s Chief Digital Business Officer Javed Sultan Pias.

Utshob is directed by Tanim Noor and features an ensemble cast including Zahid Hasan, Jaya Ahsan, Aupi Karim, Chanchal Chowdhury, Afsana Mimi, Tariq Anam Khan, Azad Abul Kalam, Intekhab Dinar, Sunerah Binte Kamal, Soumya Jyoti, and Sadia Ayman.

Tandob, directed by Raihan Rafi, is produced by SVF Alpha-i Entertainment Limited in association with Chorki, with production support from Deepto. Its cast includes Afzal Hossain, Tariq Anam Khan, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Salahuddin Lavlu, Gazi Rakayet, Shahiduzzaman Selim, Ashok Bepari, Dr. Ejaz, Rosie Siddiqui, Suman Anwar, A.K. Azad Setu, F.S.
