Gazipur Digital University Hosts GST Humanities Admission Test with High Turnout
The Bachelor (Honours) first-year admission test for the B Unit (Humanities group) of the GST cluster universities for the academic year 2024–25 was held at the main and sub-centres of Gazipur Digital University (GDU).
The examination took place on Friday morning, with 726 candidates present and 89 absent, recording an attendance rate of 89.08 percent at the GDU centre.
According to university sources, a total of 815 applicants had selected GDU as their examination centre for the B Unit test this year. During the examination, GDU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Mohammad Abu Yusuf visited the main and sub-centres to oversee the proceedings and monitor the overall environment closely. Treasurer Professor Dr. Md. Anwar Hossain was also present on the occasion.
Expressing satisfaction over the smooth conduct of the examination, Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Mohammad Abu Yusuf stated, “The B Unit admission test for the 2024–25 academic year of the GST cluster universities was conducted at Gazipur Digital University in a very disciplined and peaceful environment.”
He extended heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the faculty members, administrative staff, volunteer students, local residents, the Gazipur district administration, the police administration, and all supporting institutions and individuals for their cooperation in ensuring the successful execution of the exam.
