Zia Cyber Force Gulshan Unit Gets New Leadership
A new 10-member convening committee has been formed for the Gulshan Thana unit of the Zia Cyber Force (ZCF), the online volunteer wing of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP). Aminul Islam Mridha has been appointed as the Convenor and Sheikh Oli Ahmed as the Member Secretary.
The announcement was made through a press release issued on Monday, April 21. Rajesh Roy has been named as Senior Joint Convenor, while Mohammad Hanif has been appointed as Joint Convenor. The committee has been tasked with forming a full-fledged committee within the next two months.
According to the press release signed by Murad Hossain Akash, Convenor of Zia Cyber Force Dhaka Metropolitan North, and Member Secretary Delwar Hossain Deep, the new committee was officially approved on April 19.
Zia Cyber Force is an online volunteer organization affiliated with the Bangladesh Nationalist Party. Newly appointed Gulshan Thana Convenor Aminul Islam Mridha previously served as the Joint Convenor of the BNP’s Manikganj District Krishak Dal. He is known for his vocal presence online and has reportedly faced imprisonment and political repression for his activism.
