Pathao’s Pohela Boishakh Promotion: Bengali Food Fest Delivers Local Flavours

To mark Pohela Boishakh, Bangladeshi food delivery platform Pathao Food is organizing a special event titled the Bengali Food Fest. The celebration will run from April 14 to April 19, featuring a curated collection of traditional Bengali dishes and exclusive delivery offers.

As part of the campaign, Pathao’s app will showcase a dedicated Deshi Shad (Local Flavours) tab, allowing users to easily discover and order popular Bangladeshi delicacies. From Panta Ilish to Bharta, Kabab, Paturi, and Chuijhal Gosto, the festival brings the essence of Bengali cuisine directly to customers' fingertips.

The festival also features exciting promotional offers. Customers ordering from Pathao Food on April 14 and 15 will enjoy a symbolic delivery charge of just Tk 1. From April 16 to 19, the delivery fee will be Tk 14—both offers commemorating the Bengali New Year in a festive spirit.

Popular local restaurants participating in the campaign include Bikrampur Mistanno Bhandar Mithai, Nababi Bhoj, Bangaliyana Bhoj, Nanu’s Food Factory, Sultan’s Dine, Al Qaderia, Restaurant Rampura Bazar, Al Karim, and Tehari Ghar, among many others.

In a gesture of appreciation, Pathao is including its delivery personnel—referred to as Delivery Heroes—in the festivities. “The top 10 Pathao Food delivery heroes who complete the highest number of orders during the campaign will receive special gifts from Pathao,” the platform announced.

The Bengali Food Fest highlights both the cultural heritage and digital convenience of celebrating the New Year through local flavours and community participation.
