Bangladesh Robot Olympiad to Host Two-Day Robotics Workshop for Girls
In celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8, Bangladesh Robot Olympiad and Bangladesh Open Source Network- BdOSN are set to organize a two-day special robotics workshop in Dhaka. The workshop will be held at Dhanmondi from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on both days.
Scheduled for March 7 and 8, the workshop is open to girls aged 8 to 18 who have no prior experience with Arduino or robotics. However, the event is limited to only 20 participants.
The organizers have already started accepting applications through Google Forms. Those interested in participating must pay a registration fee of BDT 600 via bKash.
According to the organizers, the workshop will offer participants an introduction to robotics, guided by coaches from the Bangladesh Robot Olympiad and female students who have competed in international robotics competitions. By the end of the session, each participant will have completed seven robotics projects and gained comprehensive insights into preparing for the Bangladesh Robot Olympiad.
