Robi Axiata PLC has expanded its eco-friendly 'Robi Super Bike' initiative to accelerate customer service delivery across Bangladesh. The electric bike service is now operational in 458 upazilas and police station areas across all 64 districts, enabling the operator to provide faster, smarter and more sustainable field services.

The initiative is designed to strengthen Robi's nationwide digital service network while promoting green mobility. Unlike conventional fuel-powered motorcycles, the electric bikes produce no direct carbon emissions, supporting Robi's sustainability and climate commitments.

Robi's Chief Commercial Officer Shihab Ahmad said the initiative reflects the company's commitment to sustainable transportation and expanding digital services to remote communities.

He added that increasing the number of Super Bikes Robi's dedication to innovation, environmental responsibility and achieving the UdemonstratesN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Launched last year, the e-bikes also feature Robi-branded umbrellas, USB charging facilities for mobile devices and lamps, and audio hand microphones for awareness campaigns.

According to the company, the technology-driven initiative is helping reduce carbon emissions while improving service accessibility for underserved communities, reinforcing Bangladesh's digital transformation through smart, customer-centric and environmentally sustainable solutions.
