Primary Scholarship Results to Go Live Digitally Today

- Online and SMS access.
- Official release after leak controversy.
The results of the 2025 Primary Scholarship Examination will be officially published today (Sunday) at 12:00 pm through Bangladesh's digital education platforms after months of delays, policy debates, and multiple postponements.
The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education will announce the results during a joint press briefing at the International Mother Language Institute in Dhaka. Immediately after the announcement, the results will be made available online.
Students will be able to access their results through three digital channels: the online portal, SMS service, and the Directorate of Primary Education's IPEMIS platform.
To receive results via SMS, students can type DPE, leave a space, enter their roll number, and send the message to 16222 from any mobile operator, including Teletalk, Grameenphone, Robi, Airtel, and Banglalink. A return SMS will provide the student's name and result.
For detailed results and mark sheets, candidates can visit the IPEMIS portal, select the Primary Scholarship Examination option, enter their roll number, district and upazila information, and click the submit button.
The results were originally scheduled for release last Thursday but were postponed due to pending final administrative approval.
This year's scholarship examination remained under discussion because of policy disputes, legal complications, repeated delays, and a controversial incident in which the results of nine districts under the Dhaka Division were accidentally published online before the official announcement. Following the incident, a responsible official was temporarily suspended and an investigation was launched.
The authorities had initially planned to publish the results in the second week of May, followed by revised schedules before Eid-ul-Fitr, after Eid, and later within June. A fresh date of July 9 was also postponed after the unprecedented premature publication of results.
Following comprehensive administrative and technical verification, the government is now set to officially publish the results, enabling students and guardians to access them quickly and transparently through digital platforms.
