Riyadh Air Brings Digital Travel to Dhaka

Saudi Arabia's new national carrier Riyadh Air is expanding its digital aviation services with the launch of daily non-stop flights between Dhaka and Riyadh from August 7, while ticket sales officially began on Thursday.

The airline will operate the route between Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka and King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh using the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, an aircraft recognized for its fuel efficiency, lower emissions, and advanced passenger technologies.

Passengers can purchase tickets through Riyadh Air's official website, mobile application, and authorized travel agents, enabling a fully digital booking experience alongside convenient trip management and flight updates.

The Boeing 787-9 will offer Business Elite, Business, Premium Economy, and Economy cabins equipped with next-generation in-flight entertainment systems, wireless internet connectivity (Wi-Fi), and enhanced digital passenger services, delivering a modern travel experience.

According to the published schedule, Flight RX0763 will depart Riyadh at 9:20 PM local time and arrive in Dhaka at 6:10 AM the following day. The return Flight RX0764 will leave Dhaka at 7:40 AM and land in Riyadh at 10:55 AM local time.

Riyadh Air also plans to leverage its expanding codeshare network to provide seamless connections to destinations across the Middle East, Europe, and beyond, positioning Riyadh as an increasingly important digital transit hub for international travelers.

Aviation technology experts note that the combination of Dreamliner aircraft, digital ticketing, mobile-first services, online check-in, and connected travel platforms reflects the industry's ongoing shift toward smarter, technology-driven passenger experiences.
