AI Workforce Management Platform Tipsoi Unveils New Brand Identity for Global Expansion
Bangladesh-built platform now operates in 11 countries
Bangladeshi AI-powered workforce management platform Tipsoi has unveiled a new brand identity as part of its international expansion strategy. Developed by Innoves Technologies, the platform is currently serving customers in 11 countries and plans to strengthen its global presence with a refreshed visual identity and continued investment in AI and smart workplace technologies.
Tipsoi, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered workforce management platform developed by Bangladesh-based Innoves Technologies, has unveiled a new brand identity as part of its strategy to accelerate international expansion.
The rebranding includes a redesigned logo, introduced in both Bangla and English, along with a comprehensive refresh of the company's visual identity, design language and customer communication materials. The company said the new branding will deliver a more consistent experience across its software, hardware and digital platforms for customers in both domestic and international markets.
Tipsoi provides AI-powered workforce management software, biometric attendance systems and access control solutions designed to enhance workplace security, improve productivity and increase operational efficiency.
Founded by a team of engineers from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Tipsoi currently serves more than 1,200 organizations through over 10,000 active devices, supporting more than 238,000 users.
The company's technology is being used by airports, banks, educational institutions, manufacturing facilities, healthcare providers, NGOs and industrial organizations across 11 countries, including Bangladesh, the United Arab Emirates, Mauritius, Malaysia, Türkiye and Pakistan. It is also expanding its presence in additional markets across the Middle East, Europe and Asia.
Following nearly threefold growth in both domestic and international markets in 2025, the company decided to introduce its new brand identity to reflect its expanding business and global ambitions. Tipsoi expects to maintain this growth momentum throughout 2026 while continuing to invest in research and development of AI-powered software and smart hardware solutions for modern workplaces.
Arnav Sikder, Head of Marketing at Tipsoi, said a brand should evolve alongside the company it represents.
"Our technology has advanced, our platform has grown, and our ambitions have expanded. Our new brand identity better reflects who we are today and where we are heading. It will help us communicate our story more effectively as we enter new markets, launch new products and showcase technology built in Bangladesh to the world."
Tipsoi's international expansion is supported by globally recognized startup investors and accelerators Accelerating Asia and Orbit Ventures, both of which invest in high-potential technology companies across Asia.
The company said the new brand identity will be rolled out gradually over the coming months across its software platform, biometric and access control devices, website, mobile applications and customer communication channels.
