CUET URP Department Hosts Freshers' Reception and Farewell Ceremony
The Department of Urban and Regional Planning (URP) at Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) has held a farewell program for its 2020 batch and a reception for the 2024 batch.
The Department of Urban and Regional Planning (URP) at Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) has successfully organized a farewell ceremony for its 2020 batch alongside a reception for the incoming 2024 batch.
The event was held on Thursday (June 25) at the premises of CUET's Academic Building-5. Professor Dr. Mahmud Abdul Matin Bhuiyan, Vice-Chancellor of CUET, graced the occasion as the chief guest.
Presided over by the Head of the URP Department, Professor Dr. Fauzia Gulshana Rashid Lopa, the program was attended by Professor Dr. Muhammad Rashidul Hasan, Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Debasish Roy Raja, former Department Head, and Dr. Ishrat Jahan, Associate Professor, as special guests.
The session was anchored by Koushik Kabya and Israt Jahan Bushra, students from the URP 2021 batch, with active participation from departmental faculty members and students.
