Samsung Sparks Speculation with China-Exclusive Foldable
Samsung has launched a teaser campaign for its China-exclusive foldable smartphone, the Samsung W26. The device is a special edition of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and is set to be officially unveiled on October 11, according to GSM Arena.
Although the teaser does not reveal the phone’s full design, it has been confirmed that the W26 will come in the traditional red and black colors seen in previous W-series models. The teaser images also showcase a golden frame, adding a premium touch to the device’s aesthetic.
Notably, despite Samsung’s global success in the foldable smartphone market, the company has struggled to establish a significant presence in China, where domestic brands such as Huawei, Vivo, Honor, and Xiaomi continue to dominate.
