In Bangladesh, property management has traditionally relied on manual processes involving landlords, tenants, caretakers, and brokers. However, globally, property management is rapidly transitioning into a digital-first industry. According to Grand View Research, the global property management market, valued at USD 660.2 billion in 2025, is projected to expand to USD 1.125 trillion by 2033.
This digital shift holds immense relevance for Bangladesh, which has an international migrant population of approximately 8.7 million according to UN DESA. Managing real estate investments from thousands of miles away often presents remote property owners with challenges regarding maintenance visibility, rent tracking, and lease documentation.
Addressing these market gaps, Finland-based Red N Green International Oy and US-based Nibash PropTech LLC have partnered to launch 'Nibash Plus' in Bangladesh. Designed to consolidate payments, maintenance requests, and documentation into a single transparent ecosystem, the platform caters to Non-Resident Bangladeshis (NRBs) as well as local property managers and commercial real estate owners.
According to the CEO of Nibash PropTech, bringing owners, tenants, and service providers onto one connected platform offers a more organized approach to property oversight across the country.
