Apple Adds Alluring Audio in Latest iOS 26 Beta
Apple has released the sixth developer beta of its mobile operating system, iOS 26, marking one of the final updates before the official launch in September. The new version introduces six fresh ringtones, all variations of the “Reflection” tune. Among them, the “Dreamer” ringtone is already earning widespread praise on social media, according to TechCrunch.
The much-debated change to the swipe direction in the camera app has also been addressed. In the previous beta, Apple reversed the swipe direction, sparking criticism. The company has now removed the settings toggle and reverted to the original direction.
In addition, the update features faster transitions and new animations when launching apps. Subtle enhancements have also been made to Apple’s updated “Liquid Glass” UI, further refining color dispersion and glass-like effects.
