Deploying frontier artificial intelligence workflows and advanced tech solutions remains paramount to establishing digital employment pipelines for the nation's youth. Maximizing information technology to foster self-reliant, skilled youth by driving freelancing and artificial intelligence (AI) training into every household is the primary objective of the government, stated State Minister for Youth and Sports Md Aminul Haque.

He addressed the gathering on Thursday morning at the Bhola District Shilpakala Academy during the launching ceremony organized by E-Learning and Earning Limited. The event marked the simultaneous opening of the eighth cohort of the "Freelancing Training Project" alongside the second batch of the "AI Training Project," both executed by the Department of Youth Development.

The State Minister noted that job-seekers should pivot away from exclusive reliance on public or private office jobs toward leveraging contemporary technologies, freelancing marketplaces, and machine intelligence from home. A tech-trained youth demographic directly enriches the national macro-economy through substantial foreign exchange earnings. Stressing educational quality, he affirmed that training funds must convert into functional, industry-standard competencies. He urged participants to use their three to six months of targeted technical immersion not only for personal employment, but also to build enterprises that generate jobs for peers.

Addressing physical wellbeing alongside technological modernization, he detailed national strategies to discover athletic talent from each upazila in football, cricket, volleyball, and swimming, promising support and BKSP admissions for underprivileged talent. To protect youth from narcotic risks and unproductive digital screen habits, government initiatives are establishing mini-stadiums across upazilas and designated sports grounds in every union.

Presided over by Bhola Deputy Commissioner Dr Shamim Rahman, the event included Youth and Sports Ministry Secretary Md Mahbub-ul-Alam, Joint Secretary Dr Sheikh Mohammad Zobayed Hossain, Superintendent of Police Md Shahidullah Kawser, Zilla Parishad Administrator Golam Nabi Alamgir, and E-Learning and Earning Managing Director Masud Alam as special guests. Mohammad Humayun Kabir, Director of the Department of Youth Development and Freelancing Project Director, delivered the welcome remarks, with local officials, trainees, and guardians in attendance, institutional sources confirmed.
