Apex Accelerates Retail with BOPIS and Express Delivery Services
Apex Footwear Limited has launched new “Buy Online, Pick-Up In Store” (BOPIS) and “Express Delivery” services to enhance customer convenience and streamline the shopping experience.
Under the new BOPIS service, customers can select shoes through the Apex4U website and place orders online. The products can later be collected from the nearest showroom at a convenient time, eliminating delivery fees and long waiting periods.
Chief Executive Officer of the company, Firoz Mohammad, said the company’s goal is not only to sell shoes but also to make the entire shopping process hassle-free. As part of the new service, customers will be able to check product stock availability from home and independently choose their preferred pickup time.
In addition, under the “Express Delivery” service, orders placed before 11:30 am will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after that time will be delivered the following day. According to Apex Head of Marketing Md. Raihan Kabir, the service has initially been launched within the Dhaka metropolitan area.
He further said that Apex has also introduced an “Open Box Delivery” facility for customers. Under this service, buyers will be able to try on the shoes and verify the size in front of the delivery personnel before accepting the product.
Additionally, EMI facilities will be available on purchases exceeding Tk 5,000.
