Walton Launches “Digital Campaign Season-23” with Major Customer Rewards

Walton, the country’s Superbrand, has launched its nationwide “Digital Campaign Season-23,” welcoming winter and the festive season. As in previous years, this season of the campaign brings special surprises for Walton refrigerator customers. Under the “Walton Next Level Deal” offer, customers purchasing any model of fridge, TV, air conditioner, washing machine, or BLDC fan from any Walton Plaza, distributor showroom, or the online sales platform E-Plaza can win Walton side-by-side refrigerators and thousands of other products for free. Additionally, every customer is guaranteed a gift.

According to a press release issued on Tuesday, 25 November, the announcement was made during the declaration program of “Digital Campaign Season-23” at Walton’s corporate office in the capital. Customers will enjoy these benefits from 25 November this year through 25 January 2026.

The nationwide launch of Digital Campaign Season-23 was inaugurated by Walton Refrigerator’s brand ambassador, actress Bidya Sinha Mim.

Also present at the event were Walton Plaza’s Managing Director Mohammad Raihan, Walton Hi-Tech’s Additional Managing Director (AMD) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Md. Ziaul Alam, along with other senior officials.

At the event, Walton’s Head of Strategic Business Development, Ariful Ambia, said, “Walton is not only delivering world-class, cutting-edge technology and features to customers, but is also committed to providing the best after-sales service. Through online automation, Walton is building a customer database to ensure faster and more efficient service. That’s why this digital campaign is being conducted nationwide. As part of this, Walton has launched ‘Digital Campaign Season-23’ ahead of winter.”

He expressed strong confidence that, like previous years, this season of the campaign would receive overwhelming response at the customer level.

Officials said that under Season-23, after purchasing a fridge, TV, AC, washing machine, or BLDC fan from any Walton Plaza, distributor showroom, or online from E-Plaza, customers will undergo a digital registration process. They will then receive a return SMS from Walton informing them of the benefits they have received. Additionally, customers using Walton’s “Amar Awaj” mobile app will enjoy extra privileges in this campaign.

During the campaign, customers’ names, mobile numbers, product model numbers, and other purchase details are stored in Walton’s server through the digital registration system. As a result, customers can receive service quickly from any Walton service center even if the warranty card is lost. Service center representatives can also receive feedback from customers. To ensure active participation, Walton offers special benefits to customers every season of the campaign.
