Honor Highlights AI: New Smartphone with 200MP Ultra-Clear Camera Unveiled
Honor has unveiled its latest AI-powered smartphone, featuring a groundbreaking 200-megapixel ultra-clear camera. The device was introduced at a grand event held on Sunday night at a luxury hotel in Dhaka.
The unveiling was led by Mohammad Zahirul Islam, Managing Director of Smart Technologies BD Limited. He was joined by Lang Guo, Country Manager of Honor Bangladesh. The launch event was attended by IT journalists, influencers, content creators, and business partners.
The highlight of the event was a live demonstration of the phone’s advanced AI features, including the ability to convert photos into videos, enhance low-light images, adjust screen tone, and even open closed eyes in photos — all made possible by the new Honor 400. Photographer Zubair showcased these features in real time, completing editing tasks without the help of a PC, video camera, or editing software.
"The phone includes the third-generation silicon-carbon battery," said Mujahidul Islam, Deputy Country Manager of Honor Bangladesh.
Abdullah Al Mamun, Head of Business, announced that the phone will be priced at BDT 79,999. Pre-booking will remain open until May 31, with pre-orders receiving a gift package worth BDT 15,000.
From a glamorous photo booth to cutting-edge AI capabilities, the event underlined Honor’s commitment to delivering innovation and elegance in its new offering.
