Grameenphone Enters E-Commerce with Exclusive Combo Offers
Grameenphone has ventured into the e-commerce sector, initially launching a combo offer that combines data packs with discounts on products from Express Leather Products Limited (Lotto).
With this move, the country’s leading telecom operator is expanding into the B2B e-commerce sector. The company claims that this initiative sets a new benchmark in the telecommunications industry, retail shopping, and digital connectivity.
According to a press release issued by Grameenphone on Monday, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between the two companies to facilitate this collaboration. Under the agreement, customers purchasing a data pack or combo bundle worth BDT 200 or more through the MyGP app will receive a BDT 500 Lotto voucher.
Grameenphone stated that this voucher can be used at any Lotto flagship outlet to avail a BDT 500 discount on purchases worth BDT 2,500 or more. For customer convenience, the reward will be stored in the notification icon of the MyGP app.
