Vicky Zahed’s New Web Film Neel Sukh to Premiere on Binge on February 18
Renowned filmmaker Vicky Zahed’s latest web film, Neel Sukh, is set to premiere on Binge, the OTT platform of Robi’s subsidiary company R Ventures PLC, on February 18. Ahead of its release, on February 8, the film’s official music video was launched, featuring Rabindranath Tagore’s timeless song, “Kotobar Bhebhechinu Apona Bhuliya, Tomar Charane Dibo Hriday Khuliya.”
On Monday, February 10, the film’s official trailer was unveiled at Shanta Forum on Tejgaon-Gulshan Link Road in Dhaka. The trailer release event was attended by filmmaker Vicky Zahed, actress Mehazabien Chowdhury, actor Faruq Ahmed Rehan, and singer Nancy, among others.
Speaking about the film, Vicky Zahed stated, “This time, I have brought a pure love story. Neel Sukh explores the love, struggles, pain, and happiness of two individuals. It is different from conventional love stories, but how it is different—that is something the audience will discover once they watch the film.”
Popular actress Mehazabien Chowdhury expressed her excitement, saying, “This is my third project on the OTT platform Binge, and also my third collaboration with Vicky Zahed. The previous two OTT projects were superhits, and I am hopeful this one will be as well.” She added, “I instantly agreed to the project when I heard the story from Vicky Zahed.”
Actor Faruq Ahmed Rehan, another key cast member of Neel Sukh, remarked, “I believe this will be the greatest love story of this year’s Valentine’s season.”
