TidyBot- the robot which cleans households and clothes
Recently, a group of researchers from various universities, including Princeton and Columbia, developed a new robot. They claim, this robot can help clean the households and clothes as well. They named this robot TidyBot.
According to the researchers, this TidyBot is suitable for daily cleaning. And the research paper of the researchers said that if this robot is given specific instructions, it can pick up every object from the floor and put it in a certain place.
The makers of 'TidyBot' first created a 'Text Base Benchmark Data Set'. In which there were only a few specific commands. The GPT then instructed the three to follow these instructions. Also some new commands are added. For example, 'yellow clothes should be kept in the drawer, dark colored clothes should be kept in the closet' etc. And behind fixing these examples was GPT-3, a Large Language Model (LLM).
