    OrkManza, an AI-powered HR and workforce management software, has received the prestigious Winner Award at the Bangladesh ICT & Innovation Awards 2026, organized by the Bangladesh ICT and Innovation Network (BIIN).

    The ceremony was held at BRAC University under the theme "Recognition for Innovation, Inspiration for Transformation". The awards recognized groundbreaking technological solutions evaluated on originality, public utility, commercial viability, and technical standard. Out of 355 nationwide entries, 118 reached the final assessment round, where a 40-member expert judging panel selected only 10 projects as Winners—including OrkManza.

    OrkManza is developed by Edison Communication Ltd., a concern of Edison Group. Designed as a unified digital ecosystem, the software simplifies employee management, attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment, KPI performance tracking, approvals, analytics, and workforce engagement using data-driven artificial intelligence.

    Following this national achievement, OrkManza has been nominated to represent Bangladesh at the upcoming Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA) Awards 2026, paving the way for Bangladeshi SaaS innovations to gain international recognition.
