DHAKA, August 9, Sunday: The highly anticipated "Bangladesh Innovation Fair-2026" is set to take place at the Novo Theatre in Dhaka from September 12 to September 14, 2026. Prime Minister Tarique Rahman has graciously accorded his consent to attend the inaugural ceremony as the Chief Guest. The National Museum of Science and Technology is hosting this grand event.
Marking the upcoming event, Minister for Science and Technology Fakir Mahtab Anam officially launched the digital promotional campaign for the fair at his Bangladesh Secretariat office today, Sunday (August 9, 2026).
The launching ceremony was attended by Md. Anwar Hossain, Secretary of the Ministry of Science and Technology, alongside Additional Secretary Dr. Syeda Naushin Parnini and Joint Secretary Sheikh Muhammad Touhidul Islam, among other senior officials.
Under this campaign, extensive information regarding the Innovation Fair—including participation guidelines, showcase opportunities, and featured tech projects—will be regularly updated across official social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and the fair's official website starting today.
