Energypac Hosts Strategic Training on Bangladesh’s Solar Market
Energypac Infrastructure and Development Limited has organized a training session titled “Solar Business Strategies in Bangladesh Market” to enhance employees’ skills and understanding of the country’s growing solar energy sector and related business strategies.
Officials from various business units of the company participated in the two-hour specialized training. The workshop focused on both the commercial and technical aspects of solar power projects in Bangladesh.
Key topics discussed during the session included the potential of the solar energy sector, the working principles of solar systems, technical design of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, and “solar angle optimization” to maximize power generation. Participants were also briefed on project pricing strategies, cost-reduction techniques, the use of advanced equipment, and the latest innovations in solar technology.
The workshop also provided insights into different types of solar panels by LONGi Green Energy Technology and introduced “back contact technology,” which plays a significant role in improving solar panel efficiency.
The training was conducted by Ahsan, Senior Manager of LONGi Green Energy Technology, who shared his practical experience and observations on the solar power sector.
As Bangladesh continues its efforts to diversify energy sources to ensure energy security, stakeholders believe that such training programmes will play a crucial role in enhancing both technical and commercial capabilities in the renewable energy sector.
