Walton Wins Workforce Awards for Wide-Winning Sales and Warehouse Wins

A total of 188 plazas, sales managers, representatives, and officials have been honored by the country’s leading electronics and home appliances brand for their special contribution to product sales, profit, and business success in 2025.

At the day-long “Walton Plaza Annual Award Ceremony-2025” held on 10 May, Sunday at the Walton Corporate Office in the capital, awards and commemorative crests were handed over to the best-performing plazas and officials. Under the theme “Achievement is Our Commitment,” special recognition was given to 160 Walton plazas across different regions of the country. In addition, 28 officials were awarded the “Best Employee Award.”

The event was inaugurated by S M Mahbubul Alam, Managing Director of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC and Managing Partner of Walton Plaza. Also present were S M Shamsul Alam, Chairman of Walton Hi-Tech; S M Ashraful Alam, Vice Chairman; S M Manjurul Alam Ovi, Director; and Mohammad Raihan, Managing Director of Walton Plaza.

More than five hundred officials from different regions of the country participated in the program, which was hosted by Walton Senior Executive Director and film actor Amin Khan.

Congratulating the award recipients, S M Shamsul Alam said that Walton Plaza is now the company’s strongest sales platform and one of the key sources of business strength. He called for the adoption of more innovative strategies to further increase sales.

S M Ashraful Alam stated that despite global economic instability, the nationwide plaza network is playing a crucial role in Walton’s business growth trajectory.

At the event, S M Mahbubul Alam outlined future business plans and said that maintaining customer trust and reliance on Walton Plaza, as the country’s largest sales network, is now the primary responsibility. He also announced new targets for sales, cash collection, and profit for the next fiscal year, along with overseas travel opportunities for officials who successfully achieve their targets.

Managing Director Mohammad Raihan also provided various directives to further accelerate ongoing sales activities of Walton Plaza.
