‘Wholesome Direct’ 2026 Set for Summer Game Fest Showcase

The event is scheduled to be livestreamed on YouTube and Twitch on June 6 (Saturday) at 10:00 PM Bangladesh time (12 PM ET).

According to Wholesome Games, this year’s showcase will feature more than 50 delightful and “cute” games. The event will include world premieres, new game demos, and several surprise elements. Alongside renowned studios, works from emerging game developers will also receive significant attention.

Games and Studios in Focus

Among the major participants in this year’s event are Frontier Developments, known for “Planet Coaster,” and Spry Fox, the creator of “Cozy Grove.” In particular, strong interest has been observed among gamers regarding Spry Fox’s upcoming life-simulation game “Spirit Crossing.” Additionally, updates on popular titles such as “Usagi Shima,” “Is This Seat Taken?” and “Milky Delivery” are expected to be featured.

Gaming for Social Good

“Wholesome Direct” is not limited to showcasing games; like previous years, it has also undertaken a charitable initiative. This year, proceeds from merchandise sales will be donated to the “Transgender Law Center.” Notably, since 2020, the event has raised more than $300,000 for charitable organizations such as Save the Children and the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund.
