Infinix is set to release a new model under its popular Hot Series this August, promising what it calls its "slimmest and most user-friendly" smartphone to date. Infinix Bangladesh shared this announcement on Sunday, July 27, expressing hopes that the new phone, dubbed the Infinix 60, will be affordably priced for the middle-income segment.

Though the company has confirmed the launch for next month, it has not disclosed the exact release date, saying only that it will be unveiled “very soon.”

According to initial specifications, the upcoming device will feature an ultra-slim body measuring just 5.95mm in thickness—making it not only the slimmest in the Hot Series lineup but also potentially one of the slimmest smartphones available in the market. Despite its sleek profile, Infinix is not compromising on battery performance. The phone will be powered by a 5160mAh battery utilizing non-silicon-based technology, allowing for slim design without sacrificing battery durability. It will also include 45W fast charging support to meet quick power demands.

These technological innovations signal a shift in the mid-range smartphone market, where devices are no longer evaluated solely by price but also by design and user experience. Previously, a slim phone often implied weaker battery capacity or less durability—an idea Infinix seems to be challenging with this new model.

Recent models in the Hot Series demonstrate that Infinix is increasingly prioritizing everyday usability while maintaining a slim design. With enhanced functionality for work, entertainment, and communication, the upcoming release aims to cater to the diverse needs of today’s smartphone users.
