Squadron Commanders Complete Course at Cox’s Bazar CSTI

Certificates have been awarded to the officers who successfully completed the 11th Squadron Commanders' Course (SCC) at the Command and Staff Training Institute (CSTI), located at BAF Base Cox’s Bazar.

According to a press release issued by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the closing ceremony of the course was held on Friday, June 27, with Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Administration), Air Vice Marshal Roushad Din Asad, attending as the chief guest and presenting certificates to the graduating officers.

Upon arrival at the venue, Air Vice Marshal Roushad Din Asad was welcomed by Air Officer Commanding of BAF Base Cox’s Bazar, Air Vice Marshal A F M Shamim-ul Islam, and the Commandant of CSTI, Group Captain Abu Saleh Mahmud Mannafi.

In his welcome address, the Commandant of CSTI provided a brief overview of the training and educational activities carried out during the 11th Squadron Commanders' Course.

A total of 13 officers from the Bangladesh Air Force participated in the course, which aims to develop effective leadership and management skills required for squadron commanders.

Since its inception in 2009, officers graduating from the SCC have contributed their acquired knowledge and expertise across various command, staff, and instructional roles within the Armed Forces.

The chief guest congratulated the course graduates, distributed certificates among them, and delivered an instructive speech. He also highly praised CSTI for the successful completion of the course.
