Advancing paperless record systems, secure cloud routing, and operational efficiency across academic administration, the University of Frontier Technology, Bangladesh (UFTB) hosted a specialized training workshop titled ‘Enhancing D-Nothi Usage and Professional Efficiency (Batch-3)’. The program was structured to expand institutional e-filing pipelines and upskill administrative staff in modern enterprise workflows.

According to university sources, the day-long session took place on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, running from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Room 1201 of the varsity’s administrative building. Organized under the institutional framework of the Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), this marked the third phase of UFTB's technical administrative upskilling curriculum.

UFTB Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Mostar Ali attended the inauguration as chief guest, while the hands-on technical training was led by Senior Learning Manager Md. T. A. M. Tushar. Chaired by IQAC Director Suman Saha, the session was attended by Varsity Registrar Muhammad Ataur Rahman Khan, accompanied by department heads, faculty members, and operational personnel across university divisions.

The training covered the operational mechanics of the national D-Nothi portal, including encrypted document tracking, cryptographic signature approvals, interdepartmental dispatch routing, audit logging, and digital compliance protocols, shifting daily institutional operations away from legacy paper methods.

Delivering the chief guest address, Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Mostar Ali stated that establishing a frontier-technology university mandates integrating digital ecosystems across administrative workflows, not merely within academic curricula and laboratories. He affirmed that standardizing D-Nothi workflows accelerates institutional throughput, reduces administrative overhead, and upholds audit transparency and accountability. He urged attendees to implement their computational skills directly into departmental operations to establish a modern, data-driven campus infrastructure.
