Fan-Focused Features Fuel Digital Engagement in Robi’s “Hamza & Fans” Campaign

A number of lucky fans from among Robi Axiata customers gathered at Hotel Sheraton in the capital to take selfies with a cutout of Hamza Choudhury and enjoy lively interactions.

On 10 May, Sunday, the operator announced that fans had the opportunity to spend time with their favorite footballer, take photos, and gain memorable experiences by participating in the “Hamza & Fans” event organized by Robi. During the program held last week, participants also had the chance to speak directly with Hamza Choudhury.

To earn this opportunity, selected fans took selfies with posters or cutouts of Hamza Choudhury placed at various locations across the country and posted them on Robi’s official Facebook page or their own profiles using the hashtag #parbetumio starting from 1 May.

According to sources, posters and cutouts of Hamza Choudhury were installed at various Robi customer care points in Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Sunamganj, Gazipur, Narayanganj, Manikganj, Chandpur, Cumilla, Noakhali, Lakshmipur, Feni, and Cox’s Bazar. Winners were selected based on the highest number of Like, Love, and Care reactions received on participants’ submitted photos.

Regarding the initiative, Robi’s Chief Commercial Officer Shihab Ahmad said, “We are delighted to create a direct connection between Hamza Choudhury and his fans. Through this initiative, we aimed to deliver a unique experience for our customers.”
