IT Consultants to Invest in City Credit Bureau Partnership

IT Consultants Limited, a listed company in the IT sector of Bangladesh’s capital market, has decided to invest in a new venture. The company will participate as an equity partner in City Credit Bureau PLC, a proposed subsidiary of City Bank PLC.

According to official disclosures from the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) on Sunday, October 12, the decision was approved at the company’s board meeting held earlier on Thursday, October 9.

IT Consultants will invest up to 10 percent of the paid-up capital of City Credit Bureau PLC. To oversee all investment-related activities, the company’s Managing Director and CEO, Kazi Saifuddin Munir, has been nominated and authorized as the representative of IT Consultants Limited.
