Five General Directors Voted In While Seven Apex Portfolios Secure Uncontested Mandates

The apex trade body for Bangladesh's business process outsourcing and offshore services, the Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing (BACCO), has concluded the election process for its 12-member Executive Committee for the 2026–2028 tenure. Foysal Alim, Managing Director of Wintel Limited, has been elected President, while Nahid Hossain, Managing Director and CTO of Brotecs Technologies, takes charge as General Secretary.
Direct voting for the five contested General Director seats took place on Saturday, 31 October 2026, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM at a designated polling station at Hotel Empyrean in Shaheenbagh, Dhaka. A total of 96 out of 192 registered voters exercised their franchise, with zero rejected ballots recorded.
Announcing the certified results, Chairman of the Election Board and Managing Director of ICC Communication Limited, Saiful Islam Siddique, confirmed that polling transpired in an orderly and transparent manner. He expressed confidence that the incoming board would successfully reinforce Bangladesh’s position in the global BPO and IT-enabled services (ITES) market.
General Director Election Results Six candidates vied for five General Director positions. Mostafa Jamal Yousuf, Managing Director and CEO of Viser X Limited, secured the highest mandate with 90 votes. Other successfully elected directors include S. M. Mashiur Rahman, Director of Ticon System Limited (88 votes); Faisal Salam, Chairman of FridaySoft Limited (86 votes); Mohammad Saiful Islam, Founder and CEO of Invicta Solutions Limited (85 votes); and Ashikur Rahman, Founder and CEO of Ignite Tech Solutions (70 votes). Md. Mahmudul Hasan Saikat, CEO of Servify Tech Solutions BD, trailed with 61 votes.
12-Member Executive Committee (2026–2028) With five General Directors elected through the ballot, seven primary office-bearers had earlier been elected unopposed, finalizing the full 12-member leadership roster:
- President: Foysal Alim (Managing Director, Wintel Limited)
- Senior Vice President: Syed Sohail Reza (Managing Director, ADN Diginet)
- Vice President: Abdul Kader (Managing Director, Wisdom Valley)
- General Secretary: Nahid Hossain (Managing Director & CTO, Brotecs Technologies)
- Joint General Secretary: Sayma Showkat (Managing Director, ASK Telecom)
- Finance Secretary: Khandoker Atiqur Rahman (Managing Director, RECOM Consulting)
- Director (Associate Category): Md. Ekramul Haider (CEO, Alpha Net)
- General Directors: Mostafa Jamal Yousuf, S. M. Mashiur Rahman, Faisal Salam, Mohammad Saiful Islam, and Ashikur Rahman.
The Election Board also included Habibul Haque, Director (Operations) of Next Online Limited, and S. M. Manjurul Islam, CEO of Tech Point BPO, as board members, official sources confirmed.
